諾西話統(tǒng)關(guān)于觸發(fā)切換的原因里有這個counter： CAUSE_MSC_INVOC 具體什么意思 有誰知道。一般小區(qū)這項統(tǒng)計的數(shù)據(jù)都為0，但有的小區(qū)統(tǒng)計有好幾百次，比PBGT原因觸發(fā)的切換都多。

This procedure is used by the MSC for asking the BSC to determine a given number of
mobile stations (MS) for handover from one specified cell to other specified cells. The
possible handovers are controlled by the MSC. The reason for a handover can be, for
example, an excessive load in the cell.
The MSC uses this procedure to request handovers from the BSS to a given number of
MSS from one cell to other specified cells. The MSC controls the possible handovers
and the reason for a handover may be excessive load in a cell.

cells in the HANDOVER CANDIDATE ENQUIRY message in the BSC is 32.
