Requirements:
1. >3 development experience on J2ME development on the SE, Nokia, Samsung feature phone;
2. Has deep understanding on the Media Players in various mobile phones
3. Has experience in porting J2ME application to various mobile phones
4. Has done complex troubleshooting on J2ME application

We need this kind of expert
1. Experience on Multimedia part of J2ME development
2. Experience on the RTP/RTCP/RTSP protocol handling
3. Experience on Media Player development in the phone
