網(wǎng)絡(luò)接通率從4月已經(jīng)正式列入了考核。但從4月份下旬開(kāi)始,XX公司的網(wǎng)絡(luò)接通率一直不理想,特別是在忙時(shí)時(shí)段,從下午一直到晚上的22點(diǎn),網(wǎng)絡(luò)接通率都不達(dá)標(biāo)。以5月14日20點(diǎn)為例子,網(wǎng)絡(luò)接通率為91.86%。在該時(shí)段的網(wǎng)絡(luò)呼損率為8.14%,而其中“其它”項(xiàng)比較就高達(dá)8.04%,所以非常明顯,影響XX公司指標(biāo)的主要是“其它”項(xiàng)的原因。
在省公司和YY公司的協(xié)助下,我們拿到了幾個(gè)時(shí)段的“其它”項(xiàng)呼損的詳細(xì)情況。也以14日20點(diǎn)的數(shù)據(jù)為例,“其它”項(xiàng)的呼叫次數(shù)為782次,而其中因?yàn)獒尫旁蚴?1,即呼叫拒絕的,就有606次,占了總數(shù)的77.5%,也就是說(shuō)明該類(lèi)呼叫拒絕的呼叫是影響指標(biāo)的根本原因。
通過(guò)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的詳細(xì)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)這一個(gè)小時(shí)里面產(chǎn)生的606次呼損主要集中在3臺(tái)被叫MS上(但主叫卻毫無(wú)規(guī)律,全國(guó)各地都有),次數(shù)和號(hào)碼如下:

通過(guò)分析得到的其它時(shí)段的數(shù)據(jù),也是主要集中在這3臺(tái)MS上。
通過(guò)撥打這些手機(jī),除了用戶(hù)忙之外,其它都是一聲振鈴后,后向拆線(xiàn)。所以我們結(jié)合TCTDI、UPMTI和TEST SYSTEM的手段對(duì)撥打進(jìn)行了跟蹤,從跟蹤結(jié)果分析發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)于一聲振鈴后,后向拆線(xiàn)的呼叫都具有以下的特征:

這些呼叫產(chǎn)生EOS=2552。
l
這些呼叫對(duì)應(yīng)的信令REL里面帶的CAUSE就是21,即呼叫拒絕。
l
都是登記在同個(gè)小區(qū),金禧花園3。
l
根據(jù)IMEI,都是一種西門(mén)子的C系列手機(jī)

CALL REJECTED BY SUBSCRIBER,說(shuō)明這是由于用戶(hù)拒絕產(chǎn)生的,
對(duì)于EOS=2552,我們嘗試了轉(zhuǎn)到通知音和發(fā)CAU,但是從跟蹤的信令上都是無(wú)效的,系統(tǒng)還是發(fā)送CAUSE=21的REL消息。
我們同時(shí)查找了這2個(gè)XX用戶(hù)的清單,發(fā)現(xiàn)用戶(hù)在近2個(gè)月來(lái)沒(méi)有任何一個(gè)呼出的記錄,只有非常少的幾個(gè)被叫的記錄,同時(shí)通話(huà)時(shí)長(zhǎng)都是1到2秒。也沒(méi)有任何的短信的收發(fā)記錄。所以基本判斷用戶(hù)應(yīng)該是涉及六合彩。
為了盡快的減輕這些用戶(hù)行為給我們指標(biāo)帶來(lái)的影響,我們采取了以下的措施:
l
由于用戶(hù)沒(méi)有呼出的記錄,所以我們通過(guò)腳本的方式,周期的對(duì)這些用戶(hù)的位置進(jìn)行清除,減少EOS2552的產(chǎn)生。但該方式只能是臨時(shí)措施,因?yàn)槲覀兪紫葻o(wú)法確認(rèn)這些用戶(hù)是否非法,有可能帶來(lái)用戶(hù)的投訴,其次是發(fā)現(xiàn)用戶(hù)頻繁的換號(hào)碼,所以該措施的作用非常的有限。
l
利用SCREEN MASK的方法,在MSC把2552產(chǎn)生的CAUSE=21強(qiáng)制轉(zhuǎn)化為CAUSE=17(用戶(hù)拒接)。由于在方法在修改數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)需要一個(gè)臨時(shí)補(bǔ)丁才能完成。因?yàn)橐绻薷腟CREEN MARK的話(huà),交換機(jī)會(huì)判斷該類(lèi)型的SCREEN MARK是否已經(jīng)連到某一信令點(diǎn),如果連的話(huà),需要把信令點(diǎn)也拆點(diǎn),所以我們必須打個(gè)臨時(shí)的補(bǔ)丁,跳過(guò)這個(gè)判斷。

從結(jié)果看,已經(jīng)是17了,完全符合集團(tuán)公司信令監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的統(tǒng)計(jì)為非網(wǎng)絡(luò)原因的失敗的條件。至此,該情況完全解決。
經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)SCREEN MARK進(jìn)行修改后,我們的網(wǎng)絡(luò)接通率已經(jīng)超過(guò)了省公司的94%挑戰(zhàn)值。
