Job Description:
We are looking for an exceptionally talented engineer who will play a key role in the design, development and maintenance of the User Interfaces for Cisco VOIP Products. The candidate must have strong background in network architectures and protocols. The candidate must have strong teamwork, communication and leadership skills.
Job Responsibilities:
•Participate in the development process Unit Test, Code Review and Static Analysis.
•Maintain software of existing IP Telephony Products.
•Develop Software Functional/Design Specifications for software features.
•Design and deliver system software to specified requirements.
Define new software product features.
•Develop large portions of software independently and rapidly
Job Skills:
•Must have 2+ years recent, industry experience in building UI applications from the ground up.
•Must have 2+ years experience coding in C/C++, JAVA, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML and XML.
•Must have strong, 2+ years experience in Object-Oriented analysis, design and implementation.
•Should have working knowledge of MVC frameworks.
•Should have good familiarity with JVM, Swing, J2EE Framework, and JavaScript libraries.
•Previous experience with VOIP products is highly desirable.
•Able to effectively communicate technology issues both within and outside of the Engineering department.
•Must be organized, methodical and detail oriented.
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Chinese and English.
•Ability to work a in geographically dispersed team.
•Must be motivated and committed to excellence.
•BS in CS/EE or equivalent, with Master's Degree or above preferred.
