1.Introduction
The purpose of this Annex is to establish Acceptance Procedures (AP) for the Supplier Services delivered under Scope of the Contract.


This Annex describes the Acceptance activities and obligations of the Parties during the Acceptance process. This Annex 8 Part 2 shall be read in conjunction with Annex 8 Part 1, “Acceptance of Equipment and Services”.

The Annexes that are involved in Acceptance of the Services are Network Planning (Annex 20), Roll Out Services (Annex 17 and Annex 21-25) and Operation Services (Annex 26).

The Acceptance Procedures include the Acceptance Criteria to be fulfilled in order for the Purchaser to sign an Acceptance Certificate.

Regarding the obligations of the Parties refer to Annex 4, Split of Parties Responsibilities.

The Supplier is responsible for fulfilment of applicable National and other regional regulations.
