Job Title:
Staff PV Engineer

Location:
Beijing
Major Responsibilities:
1.Regression test or validate an LTE emulator software build before it is released.
2.Develop detailed System Level DVT plan for both existing and new features during implementation phase.
3.Develop automated test scripts whenever possible to improve the effectiveness of the integration and test process.
4.Work closely with the product development team to reproduce issues, and support the development team to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues.
5.Analyze new requirements for estimation of effort for PV responsibilities that will be applied to the master program schedule.
6.Must assert a technical leadership role in the PV group to mentor junior team members.
7.Take initiative to improve product development process and productivity.
8.Analyze customer issues and improve the test coverage and test cases design.

Requirements (Must Have):
1.BSEE/BSCE required. MSEE/MSCE highly desired.
2.Master degree with minimal 5 years related working experience, or bachelor degree with minimal 7 years related working experience, in wireless telecommunications
3.Strong knowledge in one or more of LTE/UMTS/GSM/CDMA air-interface protocols.
4.Ability to read and understand the 3GPP/3GPP2 Spec.
5.Candidate must have working knowledge of Windows application software design and implementation (DLLs, APIs, COM, etc.) and the methods required to develop/debug such software
6.Experience with high level languages such as Visual Basic, C/C++, or .NET.Visual Basic .NET a plus
7.Motivated, self-starter who likes challenging work. Possesses strong problem solving skills and team-oriented approach
8.Good organizational skills and attention to detail (For the team lead only)
9.Experience with integration and verification testing of wireless software is highly desired.
10. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills with attention to details.Self-motivated, dedicated and good team player with excellent English communication skills in both verbal and written.
