日常KPI 監(jiān)控：
Daily Kpi( Key Performance Indicator) monitoring:包括：全網(wǎng)KPI監(jiān)控，BSC KPI 監(jiān)控，小區(qū)級KPI 監(jiān)控 （THE WHOLE NETWORK BSC CELL）
1:全網(wǎng)KPI監(jiān)控:Observe the whole network capacity,observe the whole networkhave abnormal。 The Traffic ,drop call rate, drop call number of times , TCH blocking rate,SDCCH blocking rate, TCH availability，THE cell call completing rate;call quality,handover failure，；
2:觀察分析RF 掉話次數(shù)：rf drop call times,handover call times ,abise call times LAPD call times etc.
3：GB擁塞、PCU擁塞、EDAP擁塞：GB block pcu block edap block。

4：日常KPI 監(jiān)控 之小區(qū)級：
TR掉話：TRANSCODER Drop call :follow the 2992,2993 alarm,need immediate deal with.
LAPD掉話小區(qū)監(jiān)控處理：
Lapd drop call is very serious ,general be deal with the transfer, follow the 7704
零話務、零起呼小區(qū)的監(jiān)控處理：ZERO TRAFFIC ,ZERO up the call ,general be deal with the handware failure or parameter setting。
高掉話小區(qū)監(jiān)控處理：hight drop call
閉塞信道小區(qū)的監(jiān)控處理：blocking channel cell.
900M/1800M 共站同天線方向 小區(qū)話務不均衡（每信道話務量相差0.5ERL）：
THE 900 bands/1800 bands in the colocated (same) station and with the same antenna, generalis dial with the (each channel TRAFFIC differ with 0.5 ERL)調(diào)整方案：adjust the antenna and change the parameter)
超忙小區(qū)（每信道話務量）0.8ERL，擁塞率<0.5%)的監(jiān)控處理，擁塞小區(qū)處理
THE super busy cell( be deal with the traffic greater then 0.8 erl every channel,andthe blocking less than 0.5 percent ) :first consider theload sharing,and the Expansion channel)
超閑小區(qū):the super idle cell( be deal with tear open fill idle busy)--- DONOR

高切換失敗小區(qū)：the high handover fali cell
話音質(zhì)量差小區(qū)：the poor quality


告警監(jiān)控： ALARM monitoring



•干擾檢查：interference review :KPI observe ,the monitior of the 7744,7745 alarmUSE THE ZERO instruction to get the uplink(UL 上行)interference, THE user Trouble call（用戶投訴）,REPERTER station to check (直放站檢查)，sweep frequency（掃頻）。
•用戶投訴處理：THE USER TROUBLE CALL
•日常網(wǎng)絡測試分析：THE DAILY DRIVE TEST ANALYZING)
•優(yōu)化方案制定、實施及驗證 ：optimization PROJECT carry out and checking :the antenna DIRECTION angle and the downward inclination angle(天線方向角和 下傾角)

PAGING負荷檢查，MSC BSC 容量負荷檢查，BSC信令 負荷檢查：PAGING LOAD inspect, MSC/BSC capacity load inspectBSC signaling loadinspect
