GENERAL SUMMARY:

· Base Transceiver Station Center of Excellence (BTSCOE) in China is responsible for Government and Network Department Base station hardware product development.

· The BTSCOE China also provides technical support for factory issues, customer issues, cost reduction, and reliability analysis.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

GSM/CDMA/UMTS Base Station FPGA Development and Support:

· Product development, engineering support on manufacturing issues, supplier issues, field issue analysis and improvement

· FPGA design ,verification and on-board test

· Communication across local/oversea organizations

· Some travels to manufacturing and/or customer sites are required

· Other works assigned by the team


EDUCATION:

· Bachelor degree or above in related areas


SPECIFIC SKILLS:

· At least 3 years of industry-related FPGA development experience

· Familiar with FPGA design and tools

· Familiar with FPGA Hardware debug method

· GSM, CDMA and/or UMTS knowledge is preferred

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

· At least 2 years of industry-related Power Electronics development experience

· Familiar with Power Supply product design principle and method

· Familiar with Power IC and circuitries

· Good Debugging and testing skill of the various power circuits

· GSM, CDMA and/or UMTS knowledge is preferred

· Provide Hardware Engineering (Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering) Tools support to Engineers in Hangzhou, China and other Asia WEC sites

· Do routine system administration tasks on VOB, View and Build Servers

Skills Requirement:

· Hardware Tools : PTC Pro/E, PTC Pro/Intralink, Mentor Graphics, FPGA tools

Responsibilities:

· Perform all Hardware Engineering Tools administrative tasks on Unix/Windows/Linux platforms including setup of new EE/ME development environment.

· Maintain and manage Hardware Engineering Tools and system on Unix/Windows/Linux platform.

· Develop and maintain Hardware Engineering Tools triggers to support configuration management process, perform product upgrades and installs.



Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Des cription:


Responsibilities:

· Responsible for providing senior management insight in both quality of hardware development and organization process improvement.

· Facilitate hardware process improvement in project level and organization level.

· Provide consultation and audit to project management both in confirmation to the project process and product quality.

· Provide metrics analysis on project and organization performance.

· Provide regular TL9000 internal audit to ensure the compliance


Requirement:

· Bachelor or Master in Computer science or EE;

· At least 2 years experience in hardware quality assurance or process control.

· Be familiar with ISO9001/TL9000 standards. CMMI is a plus.

· The background of hardware development and hardware engineering will be first considered. Has BTS working experience is a plus.

· Good communication and management skill, Team work attitude is must.

· Fluent English in Speaking and Writing.
