針對(duì)11日聽(tīng)證會(huì)，華為官方聲明如下：
我們的CFO孟晚舟女士近期在被加拿大當(dāng)局代表美國(guó)政府暫時(shí)扣留之后，今天法庭做出判決，同意保釋。我們相信加拿大和美國(guó)的法律體系后續(xù)會(huì)給出公正的結(jié)論。正如我們一直強(qiáng)調(diào)的，華為遵守業(yè)務(wù)所在國(guó)的所有適用法律法規(guī)，包括聯(lián)合國(guó)、美國(guó)和歐盟適用的出口管制和制裁法律法規(guī)。
我們期待美國(guó)和加拿大政府能及時(shí)、公正的結(jié)束這一事件。
The Canadian authorities have agreed to release our CFO, Ms. Meng Wanzhou, on bail following her detainment on behalf of the United States of America. We have every confidence that the Canadian and US legal systems will reach a just conclusion in the following proceedings. As we have stressed all along, Huawei complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries and regions where we operate, including export control and sanction laws of the UN, US, and EU.
We look forward to a timely resolution of this matter.
